LA PROSCIUTTERIA

CRUDI E BOLLICINE

bicicletta-1

We are strategically located in the city centre, 100 metres from the Uffizi Museum and within walking distance of all the main tourist attractions. This is our first restaurant, this is where it all began: magic was born in these four walls! An old traditional shop with antique furniture, located in the most famous food street in Florence. Try the city’s most famous taglieri (chopping boards), Tuscan schiacciate (flat bread) from our own oven, Chianti porchetta (roast suckling pig), liver fondues, carpaccio salads and some traditional hot dishes such as trippa (tripe), pappa al pomodoro (tomato soup) or wild boar stew. A wide choice of labels for tasting, by the glass too, ranging from our own Tuscan wines to the rest of Italy with prices to suit all budgets.

Via de Neri 54 rosso

From Monday to Sunday 11:00 – 23:00

The definitive place for Tartare in Florence. We are located in the borgo San Frediano district, a popular neighbourhood on the other side of the Arno from the historic centre. A sort of Florentine-style ‘rive gauce’ full of shops, artisans and antique dealers, decreed by the Lonely Planet guide as the coolest neighbourhood in the world. In addition to the cold meats and cheeses of La Prosciutteria, here you can find a beautiful collection of tartare in 30 combinations of fine meats to accompany many, many bubbles! Open all day, we will delight you in a unique, retro-designed ambience, whether for a quick lunch break, a fine dinner, a tasty appetiser or a late-night cocktail.

Borgo San Frediano 15r

From Monday To Thursday 12:00 – 15:00 / 19:00 – 23:00
Friday and Saturday 12:00 – 15:00 / 19:00 – 00:00
Sunday 12:00 – 16:00 / 19:00 – 23:00

The San Lorenzo district is one of the oldest and most important in the city. It has always been a feud of the De Medici family where they had the family church of the same name, which also houses the family’s monumental tombs, the famous Chapels, located just 20 metres away. We are in a renowned, historic building, Palazzo Sassi della Tosa, a splendid example of late Florentine Baroque. Thanks to the beauty of the building with its frescoed vaulted ceilings and internal arcade, our vintage, slightly Art Nouveau style and our dishes, a perfect combination of history and dining is formed. Like every venue, Crudi e Bollicine San Lorenzo also boasts furnishings that make it unique, such as small paintings with antique bills from the neighbourhood’s dotteges and noblemen’s correspondences, apothecary vases, antique tiles and a monumental late 19th-century oak apothecary cabinet from a convent. In addition to the tables on the street, we also have a cloister inside the restaurant, a real gem, where a photo panel is set up for you to indulge in! Ah, don’t forget to tag us!

Via Faenza 4

From Monday to Sunday 11:00 – 22:00

The Navigli in Milan are certainly one of the most celebrated places in Italy to have an aperitif. Dozens and dozens of venues for thousands of people who crowd that long river where the tram tracks used to run. If you too want to experience Milanese nightlife to the max, this is the place to be and we are right there in the middle of the party! We are open for lunch, aperitifs for dinner and after dinner. Enjoy our famous taglieri, Tuscan schiacciate (flat bread) stuffed with cold cuts, Chianti porchetta (roast suckling pig), salads, the tastiest carpaccio and even some traditional hot dishes. Hundreds of labels and wines by the glass are available for all budgets in a rustic but refined environment with a fantastic outside area to see who is passing by but also to be watched. Enjoy!

Ripa di Porta Ticinese 53

From Monday To Sunday 12:00 – 00:30

Located halfway between the new, ultra-modern business centre of Porta Nuova and the historic and romantic Brera district, our restaurant awaits you every day from lunch until late at night. If you are in the mood for a schiacciata ripiena ( filled flat bread ), just like they used to make in the old days, or a light salad for lunch, if you would like a nice slice of high quality norcineria (pork products), or if you want a tasty aperitif after work, or if you would like to drink a nice bottle of wine with friends after dinner, there is only one address in the area that is suitable for everyone: from the student to the businessman, from the international tourist to the ‘Milanese doc’, and that address is ours.

Strategically located a few steps from the major tourist attractions and next to the university area, our two locations in Via Oberdan, one next to the other, represent a safe harbour where tourists, students and ‘DOC’ locals find themselves. In both places you will find a traditional ambience, with vintage and refined furniture, cold cuts hanging from the ceiling in an informal and friendly atmosphere. In one of the premises you can navigate through the wines, taste the largest and richest taglieri (chopping boards) in Bologna or try all the different fillings of our schiacciate (flat bread). The other place is dedicated entirely to the wood-fired Tuscan Porchetta (roast suckling pig), still exposed whole in our delivery window, where you can also order takeaway and enjoy this local speciality while walking through the wonderful streets of the city.
