Dove fare aperitivo a Venezia

Venezia è la città più bella del mondo e La Prosciutteria è il locale più figo del pianeta! Semplice no? Un matrimonio perfetto. Scherzi a parte, non potevamo mancare in questa città che rappresentava per noi un punto di arrivo inimmaginabile quando abbiamo aperto la prima bottega, è il coronamento di un sogno!

Siamo sbarcati a Venezia a bordo dei nostri inconfondibili taglieroni nel famoso quartiere del Cannaregio, in una delle strade più conosciute e frequentate della città. Il locale è spazioso e può ospitarvi tutti, quindi… se siete a girovagare tra le vie di Venezia non potete non fare una sosta da noi!  Taglieroni giganti, schiacciate ripiene e fragranti ed ovviamente l’immancabile regina di tutti gli street – food… Sua Maestà la PORCHETTA DEL CHIANTI! 

In questo locale l’arredamento è pazzesco, come potevamo non sprigionare la fantasia in una città come Venezia? Il filo conduttore è, come in tutti i nostri locali, quello del riciclo e del recupero creativo, ossia il riutilizzo di pezzi anche importanti provenienti da ville storiche, antiche case coloniche, fattorie e case nobiliari che vanno poi a comporre i nostri arredi. Per questo diciamo “sempre uguali e sempre diversi”, perché l’origine è questa ma i pezzi sono unici; dipende da ciò che recuperiamo.

Qui a Venezia ci sono pareti fatte con antiche mattonelle che provengono da una villa di Lucca e da una casa nobiliare della provincia di Pistoia. Alcuni sportelli del negozio sono ricavati delle finestre di una fattoria vicino a Firenze, le porte sono di una cantina del Chianti. Così come il magnifico cancello di ferro battuto proveniente da un giardino di un asilo vicino a Prato e lo abbiamo riutilizzato nel corridoio del locale che ci piace definire come “il boschetto” e dove abbiamo ricreato l’atmosfera di un bosco toscano con rami di leccio essiccati provenienti dalla nostra azienda agricola nel Chianti.

Elencare tutti i pezzi sarebbe impossibile perché sono veramente tanti ed ognuno ha la sua storia da raccontare. Essendo a Venezia non potevano mancare i lampadari di Murano antichi che sono ben 3. In questo locale abbiamo addirittura una piccola “Sala del Trono” con due antiche poltrone quadri antichi e poggiapiedi dove gli ospiti possono mangiare o fotografarsi sentendosi il Doge e la Dogaressa di Venezia.. anche solo il tempo di una cena.
