From the first 3… to over 100 multi-ethnic and multi-national employees!
Our family has expanded: currently our premises employ about 140 people, although the first three continue to be there.
Our staff is young and multi-ethnic: many are university students, others are young people who have grown up with us over the years, and still others who have come from other countries to fulfill their dreams, but all with one thing in common: thanks to this work they have been able to realize their life projects, and for us it is a source of pride to have been a part of them.

Our famous “Prosciuttine” are the real “handmaidens” of the salami: our girls are all good beautiful, good and even nice!
The “Prosciuttieri” (of the King), like the musketeers, defend the real Prosciutto from the sliced in trays.
Whether you want to have a gargantuan dinner or just have a glass of house wine, our “heroes” are our strength and will know how to welcome you, advise you, love you, cuddle you, hug you and say a sweet little word in your ear when you are sad (okay, maybe a little less…).
